Residents, just a few reminders to keep The Gallery running smoothly and looking its best:
General:
- Residents who have visitors to The Gallery Building must supervise children at all times if they are in common areas of the building.
- Residents should not call building contractors directly, any requested repairs or work which is the responsibility of The Gallery should be requested through the Property Manager and/or Maintenance.
Garbage and Recycling:
- Please do not put garbage in the bin that is in the garbage shed, I need to keep one bin empty so I can exchange them weekly and have them washed out. Please leave all large bags of garbage in the garbage room.
- Please do not put food or clothing in the blue bin.
- Wash out any jars or containers before throwing in the blue bin to avoid odours.
- Please break down boxes before putting in the blue bin.
Safety and Security
- It is the responsibility of the residents to be sure doors are locked properly. If you have contractors using the move-in room, be sure to have them lock the door with the top and bottom pins so the door is securely locked and no one can gain access from outside.
- As you exit any door in the building, be sure it closes and locks completely behind you.
Bikes and Scooters
- Do any of these belong to you? Please come see me in the office before September 30th if they do.
