THERE IS STILL LOTS OF HERBS IN THE GARDEN IF YOU WANT TO PUT SOME AWAY FOR THE WINTER MONTHS.  STILL HEALTHY ARE:  THYME, OREGANO, ROSEMARY, CHIVES AND PARSLEY.
