June Lenz and her husband (passed 2023) John were long time residents at The Gallery.  The following was sent from their children for those that remember them.

Good morning.  We just wanted to pass along an update on Mom. 

On October 24, Mom landed in University Hospital after a fall that required a hip replacement. She remained in UH until just a few days ago.

 

The break was very impactful to Mom. Unfortunately, it really was impossible for Mom to safely return to Amica. 

Instead Mom has moved to Long Term Care at peopleCare Oakcrossing here in London.  It's a lovely place not far from us, and we've been able to move lots of her own stuff in.  The transition has gone pretty well so far and we've been very happy with the thoughtful staff.  Hopefully Mom will settle in comfortably.

We're just going to redirect Mom's mail to us for now. We are happy to ensure that she receives all email messages or mail.

We're all happy to see Mom out of the hospital and settling in.
