Always read the fine print!!  The FREE poll gadget I used to determine whether we would switch to a Bread Basket collection in the Spring was deactivated because the views had a maximum number which was 200.  Because we exceeded this number, the poll was removed without giving me any notice.  

However; at the time, the poll was highly supportive of having a Spring Bread Basket collection.

Some of you asked if we could do both.  The Bread Basket is always accepting of food/cash at any time of the year and it will be left up to each of you individually if you wish to give at other times of the year.  There is a fair amount of work involved in collecting, weighing, delivering and reporting on the Blog that the people involved do not wish to engage in twice yearly.
