It was a great crowd of approximately 26 people who enjoyed a bonfire, trivia and music while watching the Sturgeon Moon rise up above the trees on a beautiful warm night.

The Sturgeon Moon is named after the giant sturgeon fish in the Great Lakes, which were abundant and crucial food sources for Native Americans during this time of the summer.

This is John Whitton bringing chairs down for everyone.
