These are Kealyn‘s times and dates for running:

Wednesday August 12th at 1:30pm Toronto time she is running her 800m race (this is a preliminary race to qualify for the final on Friday August 14th) I'm not sure what heat she will be in.

Thursday August 13th at 11:45am Toronto time she is running her 3000m (3KM) race.  There should only be one heat.

Friday August 14th at 10:40am Toronto time she is running her 5000m (5KM) race.  There should only be one heat.

Friday August 14th at 1pm Toronto time she will hopefully be running in the 800m final race.
