IT WAS AN EXCELLENT TURNOUT OF 92 PEOPLE LAST NIGHT AT OUR NORTH HALTON DINNER.

UNFORTUNATELY BECAUSE OF ILLNESS WE HAD SOME LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS.

I HOPE EVERYONE ENJOYED THEIR DINNER AND THE FUN OF HAVING A MAGICIAN PERFORM AT THE TABLES.

THANK YOU TO ALL THE VOLUNTEERS WHO ASSISTED THE RESIDENTS LAST NIGHT:

GERRY & BETH MEADE

SCOTT LANGSTAFF

GOLDIE CASH

NANCY MCINTYRE

MARTHA JACK

CAROL DIJKMAN

Also, many thanks to those who offered transportation to everyone

who needed a ride.

FROM JEAN:

The Gallery has a surplus in its operating budget, which means that the monthly fees collected were greater than the expenses incurred during the year. This is achieved through careful financial management and ongoing efforts to control costs while continuing to maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning building for all residents.
It is important to note that this surplus remains within The Gallery and can only be used for the benefit of Gallery residents. This year, residents voted to use these funds for a dinner outing at the golf club. We also used some of the surplus to bring the ice cream truck to The Gallery throughout the summer for residents to enjoy.

These initiatives are made possible by prudent management of the building's finances and are intended to enhance the enjoyment and sense of community for all residents.
